Run selected destination connections for an audience. The latest sync configuration is reused, or created on first use. Existing disabled or deleting configurations must be resolved before running. Omit connection_ids or send [] to run all existing enabled destinations. Waits up to 25 seconds for running status, then returns started/already_running or pending if startup is unconfirmed.

Select exact sync_ids or the latest syncs for connection_ids. Omit both or send empty lists to return all destinations. Populating both lists returns 422; a selected connection without a sync for this audience returns 404.
